A few days spent detoxifying your system is one of the best ways to begin to de-stress your life.

Start by cutting out wheat, dairy products, alcohol, processed foods and all citrus fruit. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and drink lots and lots of the purest water you can get your hands on.

Detox is not just about food. You need to get your metabolism moving, too, to flush out the toxins. Try dry brushing your skin using a string mitt or loofah, always brushing towards the heart, then soak your body in moisturizer.

After about a week of this you will start to sleep better and wake up earlier, full of energy. Your skin and eyes will be clearer and your mind will be more focused.
